Power MOSFETs for PC and AI-server power
From the 800VDC rack bus to the Vcore buck on the motherboard, every power stage switches through MOSFETs. inergy covers the chain with 650V – 1200V SiC for PFC and HVDC, 60V – 100V SGT for 48V conversion and battery backup, and 30V devices down to 0.6 mΩ for chargers and VRMs.

PC & server power portfolio
Every device the PC and AI-server design guide calls out, in one sortable table. Parts already in the selection guide carry the guide's released specifications and link straight to it; new SiC and upcoming parts show preliminary values — ask us for data.

| Part number | Type | VDS | Rds(on) max | ID @25°C | Qg | Package | Status | Add to shortlist |
|---|
Specifications for linked parts are from inergy MOSFET Selection Guide v2026.Q3.0. Rds(on) is the maximum at VGS = 10V unless marked @4.5V (logic-level parts); dual and N+P parts show N / P or Q1 / Q2 values. "New" parts are not yet in the online guide: SiC Rds(on) marked * is the nominal class from the part code, and HVDC values are typical — confirm against the datasheet.
What the portfolio covers
One supplier, whole chain
Small-signal SOT-23 for cell balancing through 1200V SiC for 800VDC distribution — one qualification, one supply relationship.
Low-side conduction
30V PDFN5x6 down to 0.6 mΩ for high-current Vcore and charger low-side positions, where Rds(on) sets the thermal budget.
SiC for the front end
TOLL SiC MOSFETs for totem-pole PFC and LLC primaries, and 750V / 1200V devices for HVDC racks, SST and solid-state breakers.
Where our silicon sits
Each card is one stage of the power chain. Pick a socket to filter the portfolio to the devices that fit it.

Adapter → VSYS: HPB charger ACFET / RBFET
| Adapter power | ACFET | RBFET |
|---|
48 → 12V HSC switch stress
| Device | Voltage stress | Current stress | inergy class |
|---|
With N1 = N2. The Lr–Cr resonance gives zero-current turn-on, so conduction loss dominates — choose by Rds(on).
Charger switching MOSFETs by charge current
| Charger | Condition | High-side | Low-side |
|---|
Dual parts (iM1635, iM1625) carry both switches in one package. BATFET: iM1804 for 0–8A discharge or adapters below 140W; iM1826 for 8–15A or adapters above 170W.
